Welcome to Ararauna. By placing an order or using our website (ararauna.art), you agree to the following terms. We have kept them clear and readable — no walls of legal jargon, just honest terms between us and you.
Maximum 50 prints per artwork. Once sold out, the artwork will never be reproduced. This is our absolute promise to collectors. Every edition is numbered (e.g., 14/50), individually registered in our verification system, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The scarcity of each artwork is enforced at the database level — it is technically impossible to create a 51st print.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR (€). When you complete a payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your edition number. Your order is considered placed once the payment is successfully processed.
All prints are produced on demand by our print partner Prodigi, a Fine Art Trade Guild approved printer. Prints are made on Hahnemuhle German Etching 310gsm paper in 50 × 70 cm format. Because each print is produced individually, shipping times vary by location — typically 5 to 14 business days after order processing. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your print has been dispatched.
Ararauna artworks are created using artificial intelligence, inspired by public domain masterworks (artists deceased more than 70 years, as required by EU copyright law). Each artwork undergoes significant human modification (30%+) in composition, colour, and artistic direction. Ararauna retains all intellectual property rights to the final artworks. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display and enjoy it — it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Every print comes with a digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA), delivered as a PDF via email. Each COA includes a unique verification code and QR code that links to our verification page at ararauna.art/verify, where anyone can confirm the authenticity and edition details of your print.
Ararauna provides artworks and prints on an "as is" basis. While we take great care in production and fulfillment, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
