Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Ararauna print. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return it in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date you receive your print to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your print by emailing socials@ararauna.art. Include your name, order details, and the reason for return (optional).
2. Pack the print securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship the print back to us at the address we provide in our return confirmation email.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase (via Stripe). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Returned Editions

When a print is returned, the edition number is released back into available stock. This means the edition may be purchased by another collector. Your Certificate of Authenticity for that edition will be invalidated.

Exceptions

• Damaged artwork: If your print arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
• Print quality issues: If you believe the print quality does not meet the expected museum-quality standard, please contact us with photos. We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue.
